Section 650:13-1-4 - Program administrationOCAST shall administer the Program under the governance of the statutorily created Oklahoma Science and Technology Research and Development Board (OSTRaD Board) [74 O.S., Section 5060.6].
(1) The OSTRaD Board shall approve all specifications of the Program and any changes made thereto.(2) All information regarding the Program shall be available at the principal offices of OCAST, as referenced in O.A.C. 650:1-3-1.Okla. Admin. Code § 650:13-1-4
