Section 510:10-3-4 - Licensure by endorsement(a)Reciprocity. An applicant for licensure by reciprocity, may, at the discretion of the Board, be licensed without further examination. Such applicants may be required to appear before the Board. An applicant for a license to practice osteopathic medicine and surgery by reciprocal endorsement shall: (1) Complete and submit the uniform application together with all applicable fees and required documentation;(2) Provide evidence of graduation from a medical school accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA);(3) Provide license verification from each state in which the applicant is currently or was previously licensed.(b)Endorsement of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners or the National Board of Medical Examiners . An applicant who has successfully completed all parts of the examination sequence of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners or the National Board of Medical Examiners and, who presents the required documentation of having met all of the scholastic and other requirements of the Board, may, at the discretion of the Board, be licensed without further examination.(c)Board discretion. The Board may refuse to grant a license by reciprocity or endorsement to any applicant who has failed any examination administered by or accepted by the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners.Okla.
