Section 465:20-1-1 - [Effective until 9/14/2025] Purpose

The rules of this Chapter have been adopted for the purpose of complying with the provisions of 75 O.S. Section 250 et. seq. and 47 O.S. Section 1137.3 and 47 O.S. Section 1137.4, as amended. This Chapter will provide a description of the design and use of the temporary license plate for dealers who sell new motor vehicles, motorhomes, travel trailers, motorcycles, scooters, street legal powersports, or commercial trailers.
