Section 450:17-5-187 - Behavioral health rehabilitation services(a) The facility is responsible for providing evidence-based and other psychiatric rehabilitation services. Services to be considered include: (1) Medication education;(2) Self-management education;(3) Community integration services; (4) Recovery support services including Illness Management & Recovery;(5) Financial management education; (6) Dietary and wellness education; and(7) Other services referenced in the CCBHC Manual.(b) Evidence based and best practices shall include but not be limited to: (1) Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment;(2) Illness Management & Recovery (IMR) and Enhanced Illness Management & Recovery (EIMR);(3) Housing First Philosophy; and(4) Matrix model components, including contingency management.(c) The provision of behavioral health rehabilitation services shall meet the requirements set forth in OAC 450:17-3 Part 15 and will be made available to all consumers, as appropriate and identified in the individual service plan.(d) Compliance with this Section shall be determined by a review of facility policy and clinical records.Okla.
