Section 442:10-5-3.1 - Proof of residency for commercial licensees(a) Applicants shall provide sufficient documentation establishing either: (1) Oklahoma residency for at least two (2) years immediately preceding the application submission date; or(2) Five (5) years continuous Oklahoma residency during the twenty-five (25) years immediately preceding the application submission date.(b) Applicants shall establish residency through submission of electronic copies or digital images in color of a combination of the following documents establishing residency for the entire span of the applicable time period:(1) An unexpired Oklahoma-issued driver license or Real ID;(2) An Oklahoma identification card;(3) Utility bills, excluding cellular telephone and Internet bills;(4) Residential property deeds or other official documentation establishing proof of ownership of Oklahoma residential property;(5) Rental agreements for residential property located in the State of Oklahoma;(6) Oklahoma Tax Returns showing the applicant as an Oklahoma taxpayer; or(7) Other documentation the Authority deems necessary and/or sufficient to establish residency.Okla.
