Section 442:10-3-4 - Employer deactivation of transporter agent license
(a) Commercial transporters, growers, processors, dispensaries, laboratories, research facilities, or education facilities employing a transporter agent shall notify the Authority within fourteen (14) days in the manner and on the form prescribed by the Authority when a transporter agent ceases to work as a transporter, and the transporter agent license shall be deactivated. This deactivation shall not be subject to appeal.
(b) The commercial transporter, grower, processor, dispensary, laboratory, research facility, or education facility is responsible for destroying or returning to the Authority any deactivated transporter agent license.
