Section 428:1-1-5 - Agenda items

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services prepares an agenda on behalf of the Commission for each meeting of the Commission. The agenda is filed and posted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Members of the public may request the Commission to place matters on the agenda for a meeting.
