The Board reviews applications to participate in the Small Business Linked Deposit program. It makes recommendations to the State Treasurer for approval or rejection of these applications. The State Treasurer administers the program. All records of the Board and program are maintained by OST. The Board elects a Chair who presides over meetings of the Board, and a Vice-chair who presides in the absence of the Chair.
