Section 395:1-1-2 - Board duties and responsibilities

The Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System Board is authorized by Title 47, O.S. Section 2-300 through 2-313 as amended, and the duties and responsibilities are stated in Chapter 49, Title 74, O.S. Section 3101.
