Record copies of application, hiring, promotional date, and all other personnel records pertaining to state employment of permanent employees excluding time and leave records of State employees transferred to Personnel Records of Regular State Employees (Inactive) pursuant to Administrative Rule 375:8:4-1 shall be retained in office or in permanent storage for perpetuity.
