Section 375:8-7-20 - Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint records

Copies of material relating to charges of discrimination or harassment filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the OSBI shall be retained in office until the subject employee leaves the OSBI then transferred to Personnel Records of Regular State Employees (Inactive).
