Section 375:25-3-6 - Effect of dismissal

(a) Notice of dismissal by the hearing examiner may be hand delivered to the parties or mailed to them at their last known address.

(b) The dismissal of a demand for hearing is final and binding unless vacated.

(c) The action of dismissal may be in the form of an order by the examiner which may contain a statement of facts and the reason for the dismissal. No such order shall be necessary where all parties have filed an application for dismissal in writing.
