Section 365:10-3-11 - Disparaging comparisons and statements

An advertisement for accident, health, hospitalization or disability insurance shall not directly or indirectly make unfair or incomplete comparisons of policies or benefits or comparisons of noncomparable policies of other insurers, and shall not disparage competitors, their policies, services or business methods of marketing insurance
