The purpose of the Oklahoma Healthy Food Financing Program is to provide financing for food retailers to provide heathy food in underserved communities which primarily serve low or moderate income communities. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall operate the Oklahoma Healthy Food Financing Program in a manner consistent with the provisions of Section 5-201 et seq. of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
