Section 35:30-17-1.3 - Commercial pesticide applicator license renewal

(a) Each license for commercial pesticide application for companies with names beginning with a number or with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L shall expire on the 30^th day of September following issuance or renewal, and may be renewed for the ensuing calendar year, without penalty or reexamination if a properly completed application is filed with the Board not later than the 1^st day of October of each year. If the application is not received by October 1, a penalty of twice the amount of the renewal fee shall be charged for renewal of the license. If the application is not received by November 1, an additional penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by the applicant prior to license renewal.

(b) Each license for commercial pesticide application for companies with names beginning with the letters M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z shall expire on the 31^st day of December following issuance or renewal, and may be renewed for the ensuing calendar year, without penalty or reexamination if a properly completed application is filed with the Board not later than the 1^st day of January of each year. If the application is not received by January 1, a penalty of twice the amount of the renewal fee shall be charged for renewal of the license. If the application is not received by February 1, an additional penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by the applicant prior to license renewal.
