Section 35:20-3-12 - Financial Assistance Program grant administration(a)Recordkeeping and auditing. Participants shall keep complete and accurate records of expenditures made using Financial Assistance Program funds, and make the records available during any subsequent audit. Each fire department shall submit an annual expenditure report to the Coordinator on the form prescribed. If a fire department fails to submit the required annual expenditure report, Financial Assistance Program funds may be reduced or eliminated, but only during the next calendar year.(b)Coordinator's report. The Coordinators shall submit a written report of Financial Assistance Program results and benefits, as requested by Forestry Services, by June 1 of the following year for funds expended in their Rural Fire Coordination District.Okla.
