Section 35:20-13-18 - Removing the Ban(a) In making the determination to remove a burning ban, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall evaluate the following factors: (2) Wildland Fire Occurrence.(4) Forecasted conditions.(b) The Department shall review all information and provide a summary to the Governor's office containing the following: (1) A statement from the Department to the Governor's Office containing: (A) A description of the area recommended for lifting of the burning ban;(B) A summary of the most recent KBDI or PDSI for the areas considered.(C) A summary of the wildland fire occurrence by cause, if available, in the affected area; and(D) A summary of the three (3) and ten (10) day National Weather Service Forecasts for the affected area(2) Draft of the text to be used in the Governor's emergency proclamation; and(3) Print-ready map of the affected area.Okla.
