Section 35:10-7-14 - Warehouse suitability; physical conditions(a) In determining the suitability of warehouses for the storing, shipping, and conditioning of agricultural commodities, the Board shall consider:(1) The physical condition of the warehouse and its ability to withstand weather conditions which may cause deterioration of the agricultural commodities stored.(2) That warehouse has sufficient aeration to control temperature and moisture of the commodity stored.(3) That warehouse has permanent flooring capable of supporting the commodity.(4) Whether the warehouse has handling equipment sufficient to transfer commodities in and out of the warehouse and to maintain quality of the commodities while in storage.(5) Whether warehouse has scales of sufficient capacity to efficiently and accurately weigh commodities.(b) If the Board finds that a warehouse is unsuitable or becomes unsuitable for the storing of commodities, it shall notify the warehouseman of the requirements necessary to make the warehouse suitable.Okla.
