Section 325:75-1-11 - Oklahoma-Bred racing program

Any organization licensed by the Commission to conduct a race meeting with pari-mutuel wagering shall provide an Oklahoma-Bred Racing Program and publish such conditions in the Condition Book prior to the commencement of the race meeting. Prior to publication and distribution of the Condition Book, the Commission shall review and approve the Oklahoma-Bred Racing Program. Any changes thereto shall be filed with the Commission, and none shall substantially deviate from the conditions previously published unless approved by the Commission.
