Section 310:643-7-1 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Determination of priorities

On an annual basis, the department will gather information from stakeholders to determine statewide stabilization and improvement priorities. Information gathering strategies may include:

(1) Electronic surveys;

(2) In person visits;

(3) Phone conferences; or

(4) Other reasonable method to help determine priorities.
