Section 310:641-7-10 - Training and education programs(a) All programs shall be in compliance with the requirements of this Subchapter.(b) Each program shall submit to the Department an application for approval to conduct emergency medical services training. The application shall be on forms provided by the Department. Programs must be currently certified to teach EMS related in Oklahoma before beginning courses.(c) Training program applicants may apply to become certified for the following levels: (1) Emergency Medical Responder,(2) Emergency Medical Technician,(3) Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, and(d) A separate certificate will be issued for each training level.(e) Approved training programs shall use a quality assurance process that is approved by the Department.Okla.
