Section 260:65-7-1 - Purpose

The rules contained in this Subchapter are promulgated by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to comply with the requirements of Section 209(3), Title 61, Oklahoma Statues and shall apply to all agencies subject to the provisions of Title 61, Oklahoma Statutes.
