Section 260:65-27-15 - Post project vendor performance rating

(a) Upon completion of a project, the Director, in consultation with the customer agency, will conduct a performance review of the vendor.

(b) The final vendor project performance review will replace previous performance evaluations for use in future contract award evaluations.
