Section 260:65-19-7 - Project requisition

(a)State agency requisition preparation. Upon receipt from the Director of the notice of project designation as design-build, the state agency shall complete a requisition form which must state that the project delivery method is design-build on the form.

(b)State agency requisition submission. The state agency shall submit the requisition form to the Director.

(c)Director review. The Director shall review the requisition form to ensure the form contains the required information.
