Section 260:65-1-5 - Bid submittal

(a)Advertised projects. Bids must be prepared on forms provided by the Office and in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid package. Instructions on obtaining the bid packages are in the solicitation notices. Bids cannot be submitted by telephone or fax machine or. Bids may be delivered through the established bidding platform.

(b)Equal opportunity employment requirements. The State of Oklahoma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
