Section 260:50-5-44 - Application of retiree benefit allowance

When calculating premium rates for the retired population, EGID shall first apply in whole or in part, benefit allowances funded by the retirement systems to offset costs projected for the pharmacy portion of the health insurance plan. Remaining amounts, if any, will then be applied toward the medical coverage premium.
