Section 260:45-5-3 - Prehearing conference

For grievance hearings conducted by the three [3] member Grievance Panel theAttorney representing EGID, the claimant, or the claimant's attorney may request a pre-hearing conference to determine legal or factual issues. The Attorney representing EGID may conduct such a conference.
