The following words and terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Administrator" means the chief administrative officer of the Human Capital Management Division .
"Day"means a calendar day.
"HCM"means the Oklahoma Human Capital Management Division of the Office
of Management and Enterprise Services.
"Party"means a person or organization named and participating or properly seeking and entitled by law to participate in an individual proceeding.
