Section 252:302-3-33 - Individual proceedings

Proceedings for accreditation revocation, suspension or reinstatement shall be conducted in accordance with 27A O.S. § 2-3-501 et seq., and OAC 252:4, DEQ Rules of Practice and Procedure.
