The initial notice of hearing with regard to any case shall be mailed or transmitted electronically by the Appeal Tribunal to all interested parties no fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled hearing, unless all interested parties waive their right to the 10 day notice. Notice of any subsequent hearings with regard to the same case may be given on the record, or by any other means reasonably calculated to provide reasonable notice of the hearing at any time before the hearing is to take place.
