Okla. Admin. Code § 240:1-3-6
The search fee shall be applicable to all confidential records requested for commercial purposes or which would cause excessive disruption of office function, unless it is determined by the Director, in his or her discretion, that the public interest is served to such an extent that no charge should be applicable. The search fee will be $25.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour charge for each account or claimant record requested. No search fee will be charged for the production of non-confidential records.
