The County Election Board shall hold a special meeting the day after the school union election to canvass and certify the results to the Board of Education. Open meeting laws shall be observed. See 230:10-7-4 through 230:10-7-9. Certification shall be typed on letterhead stationery and signed by the members of the County Election Board.
