Section 230:10-7-50 - Annual reports

No later than January 15 each year the Secretary of the County Election Board shall file with the County Clerk a report stating the total number of registered voters, by party, in the county as of January

1. The report used for this purpose shall be the monthly Administration and Registration Report requested in MESA after the first day of January. The Secretary shall retain a copy of this report as a permanent record.
