Section 175:1-5-9 - Appeals

Appeals from orders/actions of the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering may be taken pursuant to the provisions of Section 199.3 (a) (b) (H) of 59 O.S., the Cosmetology and BarberingAct, and the State's Administrative Procedures Act and other applicable law.
