Section 165:59-7-10 - Alternative funding

OUSF Beneficiaries should make every reasonable effort to seek other sources of funding from State or federal funds, to minimize the impact on the OUSF. This includes, but is not limited to, completing the application process and requesting disbursement of funds from the funding source when funding is approved. Failure to meet these requirements may reduce OUSF funding.
