Section 165:59-3-38 - Violations
(a) Failure to pay an assessed contribution to the OUSF shall be deemed a violation of the Oklahoma Telecommunications Act and this Chapter.
(b) Failure to timely respond to a request from the Administrator and/or its contracted agent or submit a report required by these rules may constitute a violation of this Chapter.
(c) The Commission may use all authority it has pursuant to the Oklahoma Constitution and laws of this State to ensure compliance with the Oklahoma Telecommunications Act and this Chapter.
