Section 165:40-7-5 - Purchase rate (summer vs. winter)

The purchase rate for summer vs. winter power will be set forth in the rate schedule as follows:

(1) Winter from_to_at_cents per kWh.
(2) Summer from_to_at_cents per kWh.
(3) Plus the fuel adjustment as calculated under the Commission order.
