1 This reference to §2-104(2)(e) was misdirected. The proper section to which the Legislature intended to affect was §2-104(1)(e). Testimony at the hearing indicated that the mistake was a scrivener's error. It would appear that the dollar limit as to sales of $25,000 was not changed by Senate Bill 231 and House Bill 1156. However, it is noted by the Administrator that the legislative intent in said acts was to raise the dollar amount in sales under the Uniform Consumer Credit Code to $35,000. |
