Section 158:70-9-7 - Submission of records

(a) An entity conducting an approved CE course shall, within five (5) working days of the completion thereof, submit to the Committee on a form approved by the Committee, a list of the names and license numbers or social security numbers of the licensees who successfully completed the said course. Each licensee successfully completing an approved CE course shall be furnished a certificate certifying completion by the CE provider.

(b) Providers shall maintain course records for at least five (5) years. The Committee may order an examination of the records for good cause shown.
