Sample Home Inspection Exclusion form - Per OAC 158:70-1-3(a)(3)(D). The inspector shall report on any systems and components designated for inspection in these standards which were present at the time of the Home Inspection but were not inspected and a reason they were not inspected. See Appendix A of this Chapter.
