Section 150:45-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of the State Appropriated Funds-Substate Planning Districts' Program, as set forth in this chapter is to foster effective intergovernmental service delivery through multi-county interlocal organizations created for the provision of services to local governments in each of the substate planning districts.
