Section 150:35-5-1 - Qualifications for designation

Census Tracts which qualify as enterprise zones under the provisions of 62 O.S., Sections 690.2(5)(a)(c) and 690.3(A) shall be designated as such by the Department within 3 months of the release of Summary File 3 from the U.S. Census Bureau.
