Section 150:165-1-1 - Necessity, function, and conformity

68 O.S. § 2394 requires that the Director shall establish standards for the making of applications for inducements to eligible companies and their tourism attraction projects production and development facility project by the promulgation of rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
