Section 150:15-3-4 - Grant amounts

(a) Maximum grant amounts per project in various project categories will be established annually in the State Plan to insure maximum utilization of funds and the widest distribution of assistance within the limited allocation provided to the State.

(b) The maximum grant amounts set forth in the State Plan shall apply to all grant applications and awards made in the program year corresponding with the program year in which proposals are submitted.
