Section 150:15-1-6 - National objectives

At a minimum, each project proposal for a small cities community development block grant will be evaluated by the Department to insure compliance with at least one of the National program objectives: benefit to low and moderate income persons; aid in the prevention or elimination of slums and blight; or urgent need.
