Section 150:1-3-3 - Assumption of duties of abolished agencies

The Department shall have the power to perform the duties prescribed or implied pursuant to the assumption of the duties of the abolished Oklahoma Economic Development Commission; the abolished Oklahoma Department of Economic and Community Affairs; and the abolished Office of the Governor --Department of Economic Development.
