Section 150:1-25-2 - Scope

Regardless of the funding source, whether federal or state appropriation or funds held and administered by the state in trust, if contracts are not subject to the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act, the rules of this subchapter apply, except as set out in 150:1-25-11 herein.
