Section 150:1-25-11 - Supersession of rules

If federal funds or funds governed by or subject to federal oversight are the Departmental source for development of any contracts, the rules or requirements of any federal law or rules or requirement or any state law or, if necessary, rules adopted for the particular program, that conflict with any rule in this subchapter shall supersede the rules of this subchapter.
