Executive Order 2021-2
I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2021, to honor the life and service of Waynoka Fire Chief, Lonnie Leroy Bolar, who was tragically killed while battling a house fire on January 29, 2021. Funeral services for Chief Bolar will be at 10 a.m. Friday, February 5, 2021, at Waynoka Public School multipurpose building. Interment will be in the Waynoka Municipal Cemetery. Chief Bolar's exemplary service to the Waynoka Fire Department and his service to our state will not be forgotten.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
