Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2012-28
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Sections 1 and 2 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution, in recognition of Veterans Day, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2012, to honor those Americans who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 29th day of October, 2012.
